1. Who we are
The Everywhere School ("we," "us") is operated by [legal business name], a [sole proprietorship or LLC] based in [state]. These Terms cover everywhere.school and every resource you buy or download from it. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to buy a resource or create an account. Our site is for parents, teachers and other adults. Children use our lessons with a grown-up and never need an account.
3. Digital products
Our resources are digital files, mostly printable PDFs. Nothing is shipped. After payment you get download buttons right away and an email saying your lesson is ready. Your files stay in your library, where you sign in with your email to download them. Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times in any 30 days; if you need more, email us.
4. Your license
When you buy a resource, you buy a license to use it. We keep the copyright in our lessons, text, illustrations and designs.
- Family use. Use the resource with the children in your own household. Print as many copies as they need, year after year.
- Classroom use. One teacher may use it with their own students in one class or group, in person or on a password-protected class platform.
- Co-ops, schools and more teachers. Each additional teacher needs a license. Multi-teacher licenses are coming soon; until then, email us.
- Free resources come with the same family and classroom license.
You may not:
- Share, email, sell, lend or give away the files, or print copies for people outside your household or classroom.
- Upload them to public websites, shared drives, social media groups, file-sharing sites or marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy or Amazon.
- Remove our name, copyright notice or the purchaser stamp.
- Edit and redistribute the material, or claim it as your own.
- Use it in a product you sell, such as a curriculum, course or printed workbook, without our written permission.
- Upload the files to AI tools or services to copy, rewrite, reproduce or train on them.
Sharing a link to our site or a product page is always welcome.
5. Purchaser stamp and download protection
Every file is stamped with the buyer's name and order number. We record each download (the time, IP address and browser type) to deliver your files and prevent unauthorized sharing. If we see signs of file sharing or fraud, we may limit downloads, end the license for that order and close the account, as the law allows.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Prices may change at any time. You pay the price shown at checkout. Coupons can't be combined unless the coupon says so, and free (100%-off) codes are limited to one order per account.
7. Refunds
Digital files can't be returned, so sales are final once a file has been downloaded. We will gladly fix the problem or refund you when:
- You were charged twice, or bought the same item twice by mistake.
- A file is damaged or won't open, and we can't fix it.
- You never received access to your files.
Email hello@everywhere.school within 14 days of your purchase. If something is wrong, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer every message. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
8. Safety comes first
Many lessons include hands-on activities. An adult should read every activity first, supervise it, and decide what is safe for their children. You are responsible for supervision and for the materials you use. Children should not use tools such as vacuums, pumps or needles without an adult's help.
9. Accuracy and current events
Newsroom lessons are built on news events. Each one reflects what was publicly known when we last checked its facts, and company statements are labeled as claims. Details can change after publication; when we update a lesson, owners get the new version in their library. Field Guides describe places as we found them; check hours, rules and conditions with the place itself before you visit. Our lessons are educational material, not professional advice.
10. Independent publisher
Unless a lesson says otherwise, The Everywhere School is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company, person, product, place, park or event that a lesson discusses. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify a lesson's subject.
11. Accounts
To buy and download, you sign in with your email address and a one-time 6-digit code we email you. There are no passwords. Your account holds your email address, your orders, and anything you choose to add, such as a name for your Learning Passport, the lessons you mark as finished, and reviews. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or file sharing. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings, or by emailing hello@everywhere.school; we keep the order records the law requires.
12. Reviews, requests and photos
When you send a review, lesson request or photo, you confirm it is yours to share, and you let us show it on our site and in our marketing. Please don't send photos that show a child's face or full name. We may remove anything that is off-topic, unkind or untrue.
13. Using the website
Please don't try to break, scrape or overload the site, get around download limits, or reach files you haven't bought.
14. Disclaimers and limits
The site and resources are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the resource involved.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [state]. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of [county, state], unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date, and post a notice on the site for important changes. Each purchase is governed by the Terms in place when you bought it. Questions? [Legal business name] · [mailing address] · hello@everywhere.school
